CASE 15 — BANK BUILDING
Services Provided:
Acquisition, Construction Management and Entitlements.
Assignment:
Purchase a strategic property in San Francisco for a new bank branch. However, to obtain the property, it was necessary to work out a five-way exchange and then relocate the existing
tenants who occupied the property.
Results:
The project was successfully concluded by purchasing two small shopping centers and one apartment building in three other cities, and exchanging those for the commercial site wanted,
plus a house in San Francisco. During the escrow, a buyer was obtained for the house and all parties closed escrow concurrently. Then, Wyant negotiated the buyout of all the tenants.
He followed through working with the architect on the new building, receiving proper entitlements, and renovated one of the vacated businesses for use as a temporary branch during
construction of the new facility.
